I am both a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) as well as a Licensed Massage Practitioner (LMP) . I received my PTA license at Macomb Community College earning my associates degree in Physical Therapy. It was then that I began my career as a Traveling Therapist, affording me the opportunity to work my way across the US in various settings such as Acute Cardio-Pulmonary Recovery, Pediatric and Adult Neuro/Physical Rehabilitation and Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy until I eventually settled in the Seattle area to focus on my John Barnes Myofascial Release skills. I have taken all of the John Barnes Myofascial Release courses including a 40-hour skilled enhancement at the Therapy on the Rocks Treatment center working along side John Barnes himself and his therapy team. I sought this work due to my own difficulty with chronic pain and desire to enjoy my passion for the outdoors. With regular myofascial treatments from my colleagues and self care strategies, I am able to paddleboard, ride the dunes on my four wheeler, paddleboard, snowboard and hike with my four-legged friends. I am passionate about working with clients who are motivated to achieve greater mobility with decreased musculoskeletal pain by blending advanced John Barnes Myofascial Release techniques with gravity assisted stretches and postural awareness. If you feel like you are missing out on activities that you once enjoyed, I would love to be a part of your healing journey so that you too can return to the activities that feed your soul and improve your overall quality of life! Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays: 9am - 4pm Thursday evenings: 5 - 8pm
